The Caribbean Center for Organizational Excellence (CCOE) celebrated its eleventh year of operations during the past month. Founded on March 12, 2013, by Jerry DaC Blenman, a seasoned finance and business development professional, the Center has been a keen advocate for supporting the development and emergence of stronger organizations within the Caribbean over its 11 years of operations.
On the occasion of this milestone, our Executive Director was interviewed by Ayusha Shrestha, Director of International Programs, Soft Skills AHA, USA. In this interview, he discusses the founding of the CCOE and elements of his vision for the development of resilient institutions and a highly skilled workforce in the Caribbean.
