Championing Entrepreneurship and Social Impact Through Strategic Leadership

Recently nominated for a Global Award at the Global Entrepreneurship Congress (GEC) 2025, Cardelle Fergusson CPA CMA MBA has been making waves across the Caribbean as she quietly but powerfully transform the way Small Island Developing States (SIDS) think about entrepreneurship, innovation, and community empowerment.

From spearheading Social Enterprise Incubators in Barbados, Dominica, and St. Lucia to developing green business tools with Youth Business International, her work for 20+ years has been creating tangible pathways for youth-led, socially responsible entrepreneurship.

Her leadership was instrumental in the 2016 formation of Youth Business Caribbean, a regional platform that's playing a pivotal role in unifying and strengthening youth entrepreneurship, providing access to training, mentorship, and sustainable business support.

In this inspiring Dialog for Development (d4d) forum, Jerry DaC Blenman, Executive Director of the Caribbean Center for Organizational Excellence (CCOE) had the honour and opportunity to engage Cardelle on her remarkable story of bold vision, grassroots impact, and unwavering commitment to shaping a better future through enterprise.
