Stop, please stop! Did you just say “it cannot work, this is how we typically do it”, without testing the validity of the proposed alternative? To disregard the importance of new methods and with contempt and disdain, unjustifiably dismiss the relevance of recommended alternatives as material to the strategic and functional development of an organization, is to inflict acts of injustice on its productive capacity and potential to emerge as a high-performing entity.
