Leadership at its core is navigational. It demands of those honored with the role, the foresight to define the route, plot the course and yes, take-off. Put that aluminum baby in the air and fly. Yep, take-off.


A plane on the runaway beyond its required time is but evidence of delay in travel to a defined destination.
