Change what has to be changed

If ever there was a time in business for fully engaging controls to ensure quality is not compromised and waste minimized, it is now!

If change is required to align cost and manage waste, change! Changed delayed in business, has on countless occasions led to functional and quality controls issues with spill on bottom line effects.

In fact, change as a response to continuous improvement should as a standard be at the forefront of all organizational activities and deeply rooted in staff training and development initiatives.

With the rapid change in business, that’s not likely to go away in any hurry, change what has to be changed, at the time it has to be changed. To improve something, it often has to undergo change.
