That organizations have been the target of aggressive change especially over the past decade, is no myth. While some changes have been beneficial, others have unapologetically challenged the way organizations function and in the process threatened their very existence.

In this environment of changing change, establishing, sharing and finding commonality with respect to institutional focus is vital…. with it, stakeholders are likely to encounter less challenges following, and more energy to support next level strategies for growth.
