It’s true…benchmarking is a continuous improvement strategy that simultaneously drives revenue generation.


Ask consumers that have developed an affinity with a brand based on its quality and reliability. They will defend that brand. Coercing them to change it is almost close to impossible. Let it however fall below standard and watch how they hastily also express their disappointment. Why? They are simply pressuring you to improve the standard…to maintain or surpass the benchmark, so they can continue the wonderful relationship they have come to enjoy with you and your brand. Investing in excellence matters!
