Phase 1 - Get Ready
The Classroom and Life Essentials Course (CLE)
Your Soft Skills Pro for Teachers journey begins with our Classroom & Life Essentials (CLE) course – an engaging, interactive, online curriculum. Aligned with the employability traits that all industries look for when hiring new employees – the same traits all teachers would love to see their students display in the classroom – this course is designed to introduce you to the 10 (ten) soft skills essential to personal and professional success and satisfaction in and out of the classroom.
Phase 2 - Get PREP
Putting Soft Skills into Practice
The Teachers Get PREP phase gives participants the opportunity to put their soft skills knowledge into practice by applying them to everyday life both in and out of the classroom. The exercises and self-assessments contained in this section are designed to help you conduct a personal “check-up” of the individual skill sets, strengths, interests, values, and personality traits that make you the person and teacher you are today, and prepare you to become the person and teacher you want to be tomorrow
Phase 3 - Go
Creating Your Go! Plan
You're ready. You're prepped. And now it's time to GO! In this final phase, you will create a personal Teacher Go! Plan. With your GO! Plan in hand, you will now be able to step into your classroom each day confident in the knowledge that you are ready and fully prepped to demonstrate the 21st Century skills essential to personal and professional growth both in and out of the classroom. You'll not only be a better and happier teacher. you'll be a better, happier person. That's the Soft Skills Pro promise.
