Just Wondering

So what's wrong with having an Organizational Excellence and Quality Management Plan? All the other plans get attention and are well defined. Why not along with a strategic, financial and all the other plans also focus on an Organizational Excellence and Quality Management Plan?


What if the central theme of that plan was excellence in customer relations and management? And what if the customer by definition was every human on planet earth that was affected in any way by activities of the organization? And what if the defining mandate of that plan was that of ensuring every plan, process, product and service was developed with meticulous care to ensure customer satisfaction?


So really.....what's wrong with having an Organizational Excellence and Quality Management Plan?
