Aayusha Shrestha

Aayusha is a dynamic Learning and Development Leader with a passion for Emotional Intelligence, Soft Skills Education, and personal transformation. As the Director of International Programs at Soft Skills AHA, USA, she spearheads global initiatives to train, mentor, and manage National and Regional Directors across continents. Her work focuses on equipping individuals with the professional, interpersonal, and career preparedness skills essential to thrive in today’s fast-changing, AI-driven world.

With a foundation in Mass Media (Advertising) from Sophia College, Mumbai, Aayusha began her career as a Visualizer in advertising before stepping into entrepreneurship. She brings over a decade of experience in Brand Communication, Marketing, Advertising, and Filmmaking, having worked with a diverse portfolio of clients both in Nepal and internationally. This rich creative background amplifies her training style—engaging, strategic, and purpose-driven.

Her journey began as the iconic “VJ with the husky voice,” captivating audiences in her teens. Today, she’s evolved into a respected educator, trainer, and mentor committed to building emotionally intelligent leaders and future-ready professionals through global certification programs.

Nationally celebrated, Aayusha made history in 2003 by becoming the first Nepali to win the prestigious international title of World Miss University, marking a historic first for her country in securing the main crown. At the global event held in Seoul and designated by the UN as the “Year of Peace,” she also earned the titles Peace Ambassador and First Miss Wisdom—honors that continue to shape her mission of impactful education with heart.
