Dr Wayne Moore

Dr Wayne Moore, Lead Consultant with Moore Integrity Consulting, and Consulting Associate with the Caribbean Center in the areas of Executive Coaching, Leadership Training, and Change Management is an experienced, innovative leader with a demonstrated work history in university extension systems including serving as Associate Dean/Associate Director with University of Nebraska Extension and Vice President - Director of Internal Communications for a regional bank, American State Bank, now Prosperity Bank. Dr Moore’s extensive corporate background in auditing, accounting, sales management and other leadership roles, has been pivotal to his wider contributions to organizational development and capacity building.

Dr. Moore is a certified SLII Ken Blanchard Leadership trainer and also has a Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt certificate. As a John Maxwell Team speaker/coach/facilitator, through his consulting, he plays a key role in helping individuals, teams, business leaders, and church leaders realize their life development and organizational goals through effective life-management skill growth, application and compelling servant leadership prowess.

Wayne's undergraduate studies are in Biblical Counseling. He has a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, along with 39 graduate level credits in Marriage and Family Therapy. His Ph.D. is in Consumer Economics & Environmental Design from Texas Tech University.

His involvement with the John Maxwell Team is the fulfillment of a long-time desire to become better equipped to support others in their life, leadership, and organizational development goals. We are pleased to have his as one of our associates.
