ISO 22000 Food Safety Management - Lead Auditor

Acquire the necessary competencies to audit food safety management systems
against the requirements of ISO 22000

The growing emphasis on food safety in the food industry has led to an increasing demand for organizations to obtain ISO 22000 certification. Achieving this certification signifies an organization’s dedication to consumer well-being and enhances its market sustainability.

Additionally, obtaining a PECB auditor credential provides formal, independent recognition of an individual's competencies and qualifications to conduct food safety management system (FSMS) audits for certification bodies.

This specialized training course is designed to highlight the significance of conducting effective audits. It aims to enhance your knowledge and skills in planning and executing FSMS audits in accordance with ISO 19011 guidelines for auditing management systems and the certification process outlined in ISO/IEC 17021-1.

Participants can expect to engage in practical exercises that will deepen their understanding of FSMS and auditing techniques. By the end of the course, you will be equipped to perform FSMS audits using widely accepted audit principles, procedures, and techniques, as well as effectively manage an audit team.

After attending the training course, you can take the exam. If you pass, you can apply for the “PECB Certified ISO 22000 Lead Auditor” credential. An internationally recognized “PECB ISO 22000 Lead Auditor” certificate validates your professional capabilities and competences to audit organizations based on the requirements of ISO 22000 and auditing best practices.
