Growing Resilient

While not fully apparent on the surface, progressive organizations advance because they are broad-minded. As forward-thinkers, they unconsciously develop a culture of permission to think broad, think forward, think comprehensive, think far reaching. Ask them however about the journey to this place of broadened thinking and they will likely tell you, “we grew into it, there were birth-pangs and growth encounters…but with the right medicine we grew into it”.

As a business owner, take time to check and correct. Where it's beyond you, get checked so you can correct... and please take the prescribed medicine.
