  • Revenue Models: Strategies & Practical Considerations - In this all-important session, we examine a series of revenue models, and give context to the suitability of one model over another based on industry structure

  • Techniques for Revenue Forecasting and Run Rate Management - this practical session takes a step by step look at the applied principles for revenue forecasting using an actual forecasting template. Participants will be provided with a blank template for post session application of principles in practice.
